By installing or using the ContentGuard browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
ContentGuard grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the extension strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for configuring your own blocking rules and understand that ContentGuard is a tool to assist in content filtering, not a guaranteed solution.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ContentGuard makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content filtering. We do not guarantee that the extension will block all intended content or that it will not block unintended content (false positives).
In no event shall ContentGuard, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
